My journey in hospitality
My passion for hospitality began at 16 as a hostess at a steakhouse in Lincoln, Nebraska. This initial experience quickly evolved into serving, where I discovered a genuine joy in providing exceptional guest experiences. I expanded my expertise at Wilderness Ridge, gaining valuable club industry insights, and later, at Crete Area Medical Center as a dietary aide, which deepened my empathy—a crucial trait in hospitality. Further refining my customer service skills, I excelled as a sales associate at OrangeTheory Fitness. Today, I continue to serve at Texas Roadhouse, occasionally stepping into a front-of-house manager role. I am currently furthering my education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management.

My experience as a front-of-house manager has honed my ability to think quickly and effectively resolve challenges. My versatility is evident in my ability to adapt to various roles, and my effective communication skills were vital in leading the audio and visual department for our Hospitality Forever event. With a minor in leadership, I'm adept at adjusting my leadership style to suit any organizational context, ensuring success in diverse work situations.

Networking with individuals who share my interests is invaluable, and I am especially keen to learn more about hospitality marketing.
